"Amazone" [n.f.]: an independent and fearless spirit, challenging convention with grace and determination.

The feminine counterpart of Nuptiale, Amazone reinterprets its high collar to enhance the neckline and assert an elegant, singular silhouette. Its aesthetic is built around the Bourrienne cut: generous, gathered at the back, and subtly romantic.

Evolving through the seasons in a variety of colors and fabrics, Amazone reveals its full versatility: first crafted in Azur and Navy poplin, then reimagined in an exclusive collaboration with London’s Liberty Maison, which brought a bold, floral touch. This summer, Amazone explores a new texture in seersucker : a lightweight, crinkled cotton that resists wrinkles — ideal for facing summer heat with elegance.

SIGNATURE DETAILS

THE HIGH COLLAR

It was in a Parisian vintage market that an old detachable starched collar caught the eye of our Maison’s founder, Cécile Faucheur. An antique piece with precise lines, a subtle break, and impeccable structure.
Carefully studied in the atelier — from proportions and button placement to the curve of the collar — it became the defining feature of the Nuptiale model. A high collar, both graphic and romantic, that enhances the neckline and lends a singular elegance to the woman who wears it.

THE BOURRIENNE CUT

We created the Bourrienne cut to offer a new silhouette in shirting, inspired by the romantic volumes of the past. A series of gathers at the back panel adds movement and ease. Our signature fit.

THE EMBROIDERIES

The Maison has chosen to embroider its logo in white-on-white, as well as on the hirondelle (the small shoulder pleat). Similarly, the name of each shirt is embroidered on the inside of the right cuff.
