Olivier Theyskens and Bourrienne Paris X have together created an exclusive collection of women's shirts, based on the appreciation of each other's work, on the love of detail and on the craftsmanship.

Bourrienne Paris X, founded in 2017, reinvents the white shirt by reviving details from the past. It is inspired by the looks of yesterday and today, making this uniform the common denominator between the past and the present. The brand appropriates its single-product, with a monochrome approach by reinterpreting collars, breastplates and cuffs, under the creation of Cécile Faucheur. Behind this original concept hides a unique Parisian place animated by an exceptional heritage: the Hôtel de Bourrienne.

Olivier Theyskens, the Belgian fashion designer based in Paris and known for his dark and romantic aesthetic, joined the Hôtel de Bourrienne in early 2019 using the Directoire-style salons to stage his most recent shows.

The collaboration kicks off with the release of five distinct, limited-edition women's shirt designs, each crafted in Bourrienne Paris X's refined white cotton and linen and adorned with hook-and-eye closures by Olivier Theyskens. The unique combination of the two brands results in chic silhouettes that were captured in black and white by international photographer Greg Kadel in the historic Hôtel de Bourrienne.
