To enhance our shirts, Bourrienne Paris X partnered with two passionate goldsmiths based in the South of France:
Marc Maroni & Daniel Arnoul.
The richness of the decor The Hôtel de Bourrienne is an inexhaustible source of inspiration. Today, we are proud to announce the launch of our cufflinks, true jewels for shirts, made of bronze, gold-plated and silver.
They are inspired by the Bourrienne flower, which adorns the walls of many rooms in these interiors of Directoire style.

First, Marc Maroni sculpted the flower that adorns the walls of the Hôtel de Bourrienne in 3D, bringing it to life on your wrists. Then, Daniel Arnoul crafted each piece individually using traditional methods, casting bronze through the lost-wax injection process. Next, these wrist jewels are meticulously hand-finished, polished, and refined. Every tiny imperfection is corrected, and the mechanism is soldered before the surface treatment is applied: silvering or gilding each piece. The creation of each piece is therefore a true labor of love, requiring passion and patience.
We are very proud to present this collection which invites us on a journey back in time to the era of the Directory, when the Merveilleuses and Incroyables gathered within the walls of the Hôtel de Bourrienne.

DANIEL ARNOUL - BIOGRAPHY
|
|
After beginning studies at the Louvre school in goldsmithing, and putting his talents at the service of the Puiforcat house, he became aware of his dual nature as a craftsman and artist-creator and completed his training.
With the sculptor Agam, he finds the dimension and scope he seeks, allowing free rein to a fertile and creative imagination. Since settling in Nice in 1980, his work has been marked by dreamlike and symbolic pieces, medieval in their inspiration and the materials used: rare metals, semi-precious hard stones, antique coins, and pearls.
