Exchange
Returns are free in France and the EU (excluding the UK and Switzerland).
Please send us an email at contact@bourrienne.com to receive your return label.
In your email, kindly include:
- Your order number
- The items being returned
- The reason for your return
The return of products is at the customer's expense and risk if the delivery address is outside the European Union.
To return one of your orders, please send your package to the following address:

Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We will reimburse you within 2 to 4 working days after receipt of your returned package by our logistics workshop.
You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made.
Allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving the email for the refund to appear in your bank account
Any purchase made in our Bourrienne Paris X boutique can be exchanged (but not refunded) in-store. You may also opt for a store credit.
Items purchased at the Bon Marché corner (or any other reseller) can only be returned to le Bon Marché.
No exchange or refund can be made at another address or online.
We do not offer exchanges on our site. For a new size or another model, we invite you to return the item by making a return and reorder on our site .
Delivery & Shipment
Your order is prepared and shipped by our team from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the chosen shipping method.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday:
Orders placed before 12 PM are prepared the same day and handed over to our carriers.
Orders placed after 12 PM are prepared the following morning for shipment within 48 hours.
Orders placed on weekends & public holidays:
Orders are prepared and handed over to our carriers on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Deliveries are available in Metropolitan France as well as internationally.
