The recipient is the person or entity that receives authorised disclosure of personal data.

BOURRIENNE PARIS X is the data controller for the processing of personal data relating to sales made through its website www.bourrienne.com, within the meaning of French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to information technology, data files and civil liberties (known as the “French Data Protection Act”), and the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2017 (known as the “GDPR”), collectively referred to as the “Regulations”.

Our data processors may process the personal data of BOURRIENNE PARIS X customers where relevant, including for the following purposes:

  • Size recommendation. Our website offers a size recommendation tool provided by Kleep SAS (23 rue Blondel, 75002 Paris), which processes your data on our behalf as a data processor. If you use the tool, you may enter your age, height, weight and certain information about your body shape, or provide two photos of yourself (front and side views). The photos are used solely to estimate your body measurements: they are deleted immediately after this calculation and are never stored or used to identify you. This data is processed on the basis of your consent, hosted within the European Union and retained for a maximum of 12 months. No directly identifying data (name, email address, postal address or payment information) is collected by the tool. 2- Our Key Commitments

As the data controller, BOURRIENNE PARIS X complies with the following principles:

  • Personal data is used only for explicit, legitimate and specific purposes related to the activities of the data controller.

  • Only personal data that is strictly necessary is collected and processed.

  • Data is not retained for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, taking into account the nature of the processing activities and the requirements set out in the decisions and guidance of the CNIL or in the Regulations.

  • BOURRIENNE PARIS X does not disclose or transfer personal data relating to its customers to third parties, but only to authorised recipients within the strict framework of the purposes defined in advance.

  • BOURRIENNE PARIS X entrusts personal data to data processors selected on the basis of appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, in order to ensure the protection of the data entrusted to them under the instructions of BOURRIENNE PARIS X.

These measures are implemented by BOURRIENNE PARIS X and its contractually appointed data processors to ensure the protection of personal data.

  • BOURRIENNE PARIS X and its data processors undertake to monitor any potential or exceptional data breach and to take all protective and corrective measures following such a breach, including notifying the CNIL and, where applicable, the data subjects.

3- The Data Protection Officer (DPO)

BOURRIENNE PARIS X appoints a Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with the Regulations and the rules set out in this Data Protection Policy.

The Data Protection Officer is responsible in particular for:

  • establishing and maintaining a record of the personal data processing activities carried out within the company,

  • ensuring that practices comply with applicable regulations and their developments,

  • raising awareness among all teams of personal data protection requirements and best practices,

  • ensuring the effective exercise of data subjects' rights.

BOURRIENNE PARIS X collects the personal data of data subjects in the following ways:

10- Data Protection Rights

Each data subject has the following rights:

  • Right of access / access to their data: the data subject may ask BOURRIENNE PARIS X directly whether it holds information about them and request that a list of such data be provided,

Size Recommendation Tool (Kleep): If you accept personalisation cookies, the tool remembers your recommended size from one visit to the next using the following identifiers, stored in your browser: kleep_uid, kleep_mid, kleep_recommendation_type, kleep_retailer and kleep_is_test (retained for 12 months), and kleep_session_uuid (deleted when you close your browser). If you refuse these cookies, the tool will still work but will not remember you on your next visit.

14- Changes to the General Data Protection Policy
