The creation of embroidery follows a precise process. Cécile, our designer, begins by sketching the pattern, which is then converted into stitching points by our embroidery artisan. This step, known as "card preparation," is followed by the piercing process, where every detail is meticulously executed. Depending on the size and complexity of the pattern, this phase can take between 8 and 72 hours. Once on the machine, the embroidery process itself can last from 24 to 48 hours, depending on the fabric's length and the density of the stitching. This meticulous process is what allows us to create the intricate embroidered trims featured on our white shirts.
