Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Your order is prepared and shipped by our teams from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Deliveries are available within Metropolitan France as well as internationally.

Delivery times vary depending on the country and the chosen shipping method.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 12 PM are prepared the same day and handed over to our carriers. Orders placed after 12 PM are prepared the following morning for shipping within 48 hours.

Orders placed on weekends & public holidays: Orders are prepared and handed over to our carriers on the following Monday or Tuesday.

We make every effort to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours. However, the indicated delivery times are estimates. Delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep the customer informed of the situation.

During private sales and sale periods, our delivery times may be extended. We do our best to minimize your wait.

Bourrienne Paris X cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by DHL, Chronopost, UPS, or Colissimo.

Metropolitan France & European Union (excluding UK and Switzerland):

  • Free standard international delivery
  • Express delivery: €19.99

Outside the European Union

  • Delivery: €19.99
    For all orders outside the Eurozone, customs duties and potential taxes are not included in the final price (DAP). Upon receipt of your order, you may be charged additional costs by the carrier, depending on the regulations in your country.

 

RETURNS

In-store purchases / purchases at one of our physical points of sale

Any purchase made in our Bourrienne Paris X boutique can be exchanged (but not refunded) in our boutique.

Any purchase made at one of our physical points of sale can only be exchanged or returned at the store where it was purchased.

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your order to return the products you have ordered, provided they are intact and in their original packaging.

Please include the following in your package:

  • Your order number
  • The returned items

Please note that a customized, embroidered, or altered product cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Returning an order from France & the European Union:
Returns are free in France and the EU (excluding the UK and Switzerland). Please send us an email at contact@bourrienne.com to receive your return label.

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The returned items
  • The reason for your return

Returning an order from outside the EU:
The cost and risk of returning products are the responsibility of the customer if the delivery address is outside the European Union.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges on our website. If you wish to order a different size or model, we invite you to return the item and place a new order on our website.

Exchange in our boutique is possible upon presentation of your purchase invoice.

 

REFUNDS

We process refunds within 4 to 10 business days after our logistics center has received your return package. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving this email for the refund to appear in your bank account.
