DELIVERY
Your order is prepared and shipped by our team from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We deliver to mainland France and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the country and shipping method selected.
Orders placed Monday to Friday:
All orders placed before 12 p.m. are prepared the same day and handed over to our carriers. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are prepared the following morning for shipment within 48 hours.
Orders placed on weekends & public holidays:
Orders are prepared and handed over to our carriers the following Monday or Tuesday.
We do our best to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours. However, the delivery times provided are estimates. Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we are committed to keeping you informed of the situation.
During private sales and holiday periods, delivery times may be extended. We make every effort to minimize delays.
Bourrienne Paris X cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by DHL, Chronopost, UPS, or Colissimo.

RETURNS
In-store purchases / purchases at one of our physical points of sale
Any item purchased in our Bourrienne Paris X boutique may be exchanged (but not refunded) in-store.
Items purchased from a retail partner must be exchanged or returned directly at the point of sale where they were purchased.

You have a 30-day period from the date of delivery to return the products you ordered, provided they are intact and in their original packaging.
Please note that a customized, embroidered, or altered product cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Returning an order from France & the European Union:
Returns are free from France and the EU (excluding UK and Switzerland). Please submit your return request via our dedicated return platform.
Returning an order from outside the EU:
Returns are at the customer’s expense and responsibility if the delivery location is outside the European Union.
To return an order, submit your request via our return portal, then print your return label using the carrier of your choice, and ship your parcel to:

Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or wish to exchange for another item, please submit a request via our return portal.
Exchanges can also be made in-store upon presentation of your purchase invoice.
REFUNDS
We process refunds within 4 to 10 business days after our logistics center has received your return package. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving this email for the refund to appear in your bank account.
