Terms of sale

Object

The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the terms and conditions for the online sale of products on the site to customers, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the online sale of products offered on the site. They determine all the steps necessary for placing the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the parties. By placing an order for a product on the site, the customer acknowledges having read the general conditions of sale and having accepted them without restriction, this acceptance not being in any way conditioned by a handwritten signature on the part of the customer.

Product

The products offered for sale are those that appear on the site, on the day the customer consults the site, and within the limits of available stocks. The greatest care is taken in the presentation of the products on the site in order to meet the requirements of article L.111-1 of the consumer code. Nevertheless, the photographs illustrating the products are only indicative and do not enter into the contractual field. Indeed, if every effort is made to ensure that the cut / color of the products, whose photos are displayed on the site, are faithful to the original products, variations may occur; in particular due to the technical limitations of the shape/color renderings of computer equipment. Consequently, Bourrienne Paris X cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or graphic representations of the products presented on the site.

The products are offered within the limits of available stocks. There is no guarantee of availability of the products presented on the site. In case of unavailability of one of the products ordered by the customer, the latter will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail of the delivery of a partial order or the cancellation of his order.

Price

The prices of the products are firm and indicated in euros. The current price is that indicated on the site, except typographical error. These prices include VAT. applicable on the day of the order. The default VAT rate is that of France, it is updated when selecting the country of delivery in the basket. If the country of delivery is outside the European Union, no VAT. is not applied by the site, the t.v.a. will then be payable to the delivery person upon receipt of the package (ups has a mandate to collect the t.v.a.). Any customs duties may be claimed depending on the country of delivery. In this case, the customer is responsible for paying the carrier for any customs duties at the time of delivery. The prices of the products do not include the delivery costs which will be invoiced in addition and will be specified to the customer before the final validation of his order. The amount of the transport costs is calculated in particular according to the delivery time requested and according to the methods defined by the carrier chosen on the site. The price invoiced to the customer is also indicated on the order confirmation sent by e-mail. Bourrienne Paris X reserves the right, which the customer accepts, to modify its prices at any time, without any other formality than to make the modifications on the site. However, these changes will not affect orders accepted by the site before the entry into force of these changes, subject to the availability of the products ordered.

Command

During their first order, the customer must create their personal account on the site with their contact details and keep them updated.The contract is concluded as soon as Bourrienne Paris X receives the order form via the Internet, after verification of the accuracy of the data transmitted. The customer is asked to read these general conditions of sale carefully before placing an order. By submitting your order form, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these general terms and conditions of sale, in relations with Bourrienne Paris X. If you do not agree with the terms of these T&Cs, we invite you not to transfer your order form for the purchase of products on the site.

Payment

Unless the server is unavailable, the customer can pay for his order after final validation of it on the site, by credit card (credit card, visa, mastercard, amex, etc.). The customer will enter his card number, the expiry date thereof, the name of the cardholder and the visual cryptogram. Payments by checks are not accepted. Bourrienne Paris X reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the customer, refusal to authorize payment by credit card of banking organizations. The customer guarantees that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen at the time of validation of the order. In the event of refusal by the bank, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by sending an e-mail. Data relating to orders will be recorded and stored in the computer systems of Bourrienne Paris X and its partner bank. The information registers of these companies will be considered as constituting proof of all transactions between the parties on the site. The archiving of data relating to orders is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as evidence.
