Delivery, return and exchange

DELIVERY

Deliveries are made in Metropolitan France as well as internationally. Items in stock will be shipped within a maximum of eight (8) working days after the registration of your order.

From the dispatch of the order, the average delivery times are as follows:

  • 2 to 5 working days by Colissimo for France
  • 5 to 10 working days by international Colissimo
  • 24 hours in Chrono Express (if the order is validated before 1 p.m. from Monday to Friday)

However, delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. In this case, we undertake to keep the Customer informed of the situation.

  • Shipping cost Colissimo and Chronopost delivery to France an EU (except UK and Switzerland): offered
  • Chrono Express Delivery: 20€

RETURN

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the items purchased, undamaged and in their original packaging.

It is important to note that a product that has been personalised, embroidered or altered cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Making a return from France & the European Union:

Returns are free within France and the EU (excluding the UK and Switzerland). Please send us an email to contact@bourrienne.com to receive your returns slip.

International returns (outside the EU):

To return one of your orders, simply send your parcel to the following address:

EXCHANGE

We do not offer exchanges on our site. For a new size or another model, we invite you to return the part by making a return and to reorder on our site.

Exchanges in our boutique are also possible on presentation of your purchase invoice.

REFUND

We will refund you within a period of between 4 and 10 working days after receipt of your return package by our logistics workshop. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made. Count between 24 and 48 hours after receipt of the email to see the refund appear on your bank account.
